Energetic Imprints

When an emotional or traumatic event occurs in a space, it creates an energetic imprint. The energy of the event is left behind, and it can affect our mood and behavior. The same is true of objects and people. They can also have energetic imprints that affect us both physically and emotionally. Today, I talk about what energetic imprints are and why you should clear them. I also give you a few examples of how you can clear them so that they aren’t draining you of your energy or affecting your mood.
