I asked on Instagram what were your favorite go to snacks and the answers did not surprise me. First off no one confessed to eating the cookies, crackers, and donuts. But I got the typical answers people think health coaches love to hear... things like apples and peanut butter, veggies and hummus, things like that and those things are not wrong, but listen to today's show on why we don't need to be "snacking" all the time, what snacks are the best, and how to decrease cravings.
