Retired homicide detective Lt. Joe Kenda, who commanded the major crimes unit of the Colorado Springs Police Department, joins his niece, Troy Public Radio's Ann Kenda, and In Focus host Carolyn Hutcheson, to talk about his two television shows, "Homicide Hunter" and "American Detective," as well as his new book, "Killer Triggers." Kenda has devoted his career to standing up for crime victims. April 18-24 is National Crime Victims' Rights Week.
