Afrikan Queens - Episode 3
In this episode we hear from Sister Jendayi Serwarh. Jendayi is an expert in Race equality and works as a consultant and specialises in precolonial history and women in ancient history, she talks to us about several Queens including the Kandake's and Yaa Asantewa. She also talks about the importance of this series and how we need to share these stories of these wonderful role models and looking deeper into the true history of these Afrikan Queens.
Afrikan Queens is a 10 part series celebrating and sharing the often untold stories of these incredible Afrikan Queens and sheroes who all to often have been left out of the history books.
