Frank Hamilton joined the faculty at Eckerd College in 2004 after spending 22 years traveling the world as an officer in the US Army serving in a variety of leadership positions including the Pentagon. After retiring from the military, Frank co-founded a high-quality, high-volume, spay/neuter clinic (HQHVSN) focusing on the ending of companion animal euthanasia in Hillsborough County. His work appears in The Academy of Management Review, Human Relations, Business Ethics: A European Review, Anthrozoos, The Journal of Urban Affairs, Frontiers of Veterinary Science, The Journal of Ethics in Leadership, The Journal of Market Focused Management, Leadership: The Key Concepts, and in The Public Affairs Times.
