In a previous JumpStart, I discussed that George Costanza (played by Jason Alexander on Seinfeld) is a PERFECT example of a person with BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder).
George Costanza is:
- Impulsive, irrational, and insecure to the extreme
- Angry, petty, vindictive
- Self-obsessed, willful, indecisive, and driven by approval and a fear of abandonment
The bad news is we all have a little George living inside of us and we become happier and more skillful in both life and relationships when we ask ourselves “What WOULDN’T George Do???”>>>
