True Believers Already Belong to The Heavenly Jerusalem!

With all of the talk about the earthly Jerusalem being the eternal capital of the earthly land of Israel in our time, people always seem to forget one thing. When you look at the scriptures in the Bible we learn that the true patriarchs of the faith had their eyes lifted up toward HEAVEN, looking at the spiritual and eternal things, and not the earthly things. Take a look at old Abraham: By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God. (Hebrews 11:8-10) Abraham and his descendants were looking for the city up above because they wanted to be where their creator and Almighty God was dwelling.
