#5amMesterScrum Show #559 Live - Cameras On? , Multi-tasking During Meetings and Fortune Cookie Friday - Today's topics: (1) I caught myself multi-tasking during meetings yesterday, so my questions What is wrong with the meeting design or Is there something else I really should be doing? It is not right not to give attention, and (2) Cameras on - As the agile coach I noticed I was the only one with my camera on and I realized I violated the team's space.  I don't think anyone noticed but I realized it.  Need to ask Scrum Master about team norms.
