Bricks & Mortar: Rachel Saint on the senior professional route to MRICS qualification

The senior professional route to chartered surveyor status has been available for some time, but is one of the lesser known routes to MRICS qualification, according to Rachel Saint, co-founder and partner of Property Elite.

Saint, who coaches people globally seeking professional qualification on this route, explains that there are a variety of reasons why people decide to do it and, as with APC, there are a number of pathways that can be chosen.
