Today's episode is all about relationships and our the parts we play in them. I did this interview with my good friend, Tracy Crossley, inside my membership program and boy, was everyone blown away. The way she explains things makes you reflect and see your relationships in a new light. I know you will gain something from it. 

Tracy explains all about attachment theory and breadcrumb relationships.  As babies, we attach to our parents in a particular way. We expect love, security, food, and shelter from them. But when our parents are not consistent in their way of caring for us, we all react differently. Some of us became anxious, some became avoidants, and some became both. And this way of reacting becomes our survival mechanism for every relationship we have from then on. 

Through her own story with relationships, Tracy shares how to become aware of your own patterns and reactions and how to break the cycle and have meaningful deep relationships.
