And now you know who wants/does not want a lemon wedge. The difference between a kettle sour and a metal trash can – survey says, zero. Dave is now a convert. We taste and rate the following kombucha from 1-5:

28:43            Pineapple Chili Hard Kombucha 6.8% ABV.  Flying Embers Ventura, CA  SUDS-3

38:19            Midnight Painkiller Hard Kombucha with pineapple, coconut, orange, activated charcoal and nutmeg.  6% ABV JuneShine Hard Kombucha San Diego, CA  SUDS-4

44:15            High Gravity Watermelon Lime Kombucha.  5% ABV Walker Brothers High Gravity Kombucha Nashville, TN SUDS-3

47:46            Third Eye Chai Classic Kombucha.  0.5% ABV GT’s Classic Kombucha Vernon CA.  SUDS-3

49:36            Berry Hard Kombucha with a blend of Elderberry, Goji Berry and Raspberry flavors. 4.5% ABV.  Flying Embers Ventura, CA  SUDS-3
