In this episode, we were privileged to get to talk with D. John Sanders about how government funding & contracts work.  Having come from a background playing professional football as well as having gone through pilot training for the military, Mr. Sanders knows a thing a or two about work and work ethic.  

He talked about some lessons learned about education vs. entrepreneurship.  He tells us of the importance of building a network of people who can help each other.  He talked about understanding various financial instruments and securing government contracts while maintaining the capital to perform with this multi-million dollar contracts.
