On this podcast we talk about how we are getting on with our new lifestyle changes that we spoke about in episode 10. Ali wanted to stop eating refined sugar and Kerry wanted to get super fit and strong with PT (personal training). Find out how we have been getting on over the last 5 weeks.
Our results show how mindset is important and you have to take a day at a time. The main thing is we are still pushing forwards and want to improve how we are feeling about our health and well-being.
