After a 2 week break we're back!!
In this episode we talk about the importance of celebrating each small win in our lives and the overall effect that can have on our emotional wellbeing and mental health in general.
Along the way we learn about the Kaisen effect, the Reticular Activating System, and at some point we both realise neither of us ever received the bumps on our birthday (and only one of us even knows what they are).
