On this week's podcast episode, I had the pleasure to connect with Rebecca Newkirk to talk about perfectionisms, body image and disordered eating. Rebecca is a licensed therapist practicing from a HAES and intuitive eating perspective in the DC area, and a certified Clini-Coach® helping high achievers go from Type A to Type BE, have fun and still get shit done! She has two small children who keep her on her toes and she is passionate about not inflicting body image challenges on her daughters. Becca enjoys weight lifting when gyms are open, and often can be found re-reading her favourite fantasy novels.
