The weight scale is one of those things that can either make us feel really good about ourselves or the worst about ourselves. We either love what it tells us or hate it so much that we want to toss it in the trash and never use it again. BUT using the scale can be incredibly useful and can give you a lot of information, like whether you're on the right path or not and what you need to do about it. Using the scale in a way that gives you valuable information but DOESN'T break you is possible and it is much simpler than you think. You can learn to use the scale and not have it cause you more stress, I promise.
