In this episode we read about the very beginning of the Confraternity of the Holy Trinity. St Philip, together with his confessor, organized a group of 15 laymen who would open a house of hospitality for the sick and poor pilgrims. On a very particular day, this group began, the last Tuesday in August 1548. These men soon were also organizing Eucharistic exposition once a month for 40 straight hours. St Philip combined love for Jesus in the Eucharist with love for Jesus in the poor.
