Just Nero & Naomi this week as Marc is away, so no Jayce. Instead we have a bit of a different show for you.
We take a look back at the 1988 cult classic anime Akira, often credited (rightly so) with breaking anime out into western media in a significant way.
That being said we aren't here to discuss the impact or importance of the film, those are undeniable, we are here to ask is it actually good?
Both me and Naomi only saw this film when we were younger, and we both came away the same thought that we didn't get the hype. So we decided to confirm our bias and see if our thoughts on the film had changed with age.
A fun show as always so check it out!
