A gamma wave is a pattern of brain oscillation in humans that occurs at a frequency of 25 to 140 Hz, with the 40-Hz point being of particular importance and the frequency we've focused on and calibrated here.
What are the advantages of gamma waves meditation?
Gamma waves indicate that your focus has reached its maximum level. In other words, gamma waves are produced when your brain is extremely focused and actively involved in addressing an issue. They aid in the processing of data.
Zen Buddhist monks demonstrate a remarkable synchronization of brain waves known as gamma synchrony during meditation. According to researchers at the University of Wisconsin, a pattern is increasingly connected with robust brain function and the synthesis of activity that we call the mind.
