Newly-published Author, Coach and Yoga Instructor Rachel Matz has had plenty of experience of never feeling "enough." Like all of us in one way or another, she has been shamed, and has felt this pain acutely.

Rachel Matz has a coaching business called The Embodied Goddess for women's embodiment, sexual liberation, and business mastery.
