Ask The Imam: Islamic School, Veneration of Islamic symbols, Plastic Surgery, Swearing on Mushaf

Question #1 (01:24): Knowing that there is an Islamic school in the city but I choose a non-Islamic school for my kids, will I answer to Allah for not choosing the Islamic school?

Question #2 (28:56): Is it permitted to enter the bathroom when wearing a Kufi which has the symbol of the blessed sandal of the Prophet ﷺ ? By wearing the sandal Kufi, one would be fulfilling the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ of having one's head covered when entering the bathroom. However, on the other hand, this might be seen as being disrespectful of the sacredness of the sandal. What do you advise?

Question #3 (39:11): Is it haram to have plastic surgery to straighten a crooked nose? I'm super insecure about it and I also can't really breathe through one side because of it.

Question #4 (45:49): Is it OK to swear by holding the Quran if your loved one doesn’t believe in your words? Let’s say something important happened and your spouse is asking you about that event. You tell the truth. But your spouse doesn’t believe in your words. In this case, is it OK to swear by holding the Quran to make your spouse believe in your words and to give them peace by not making them think about that event? Let’s say that there are no other ways to get the truth about that event other than your spouse telling you. There is a general understanding that people don’t lie when they are holding the Quran. So, is it OK to actually use this to get the truth if you think someone is lying? This may be inappropriate question but I really had to ask. Sorry and thank you very much!
