Today is Monday in the US.  There’s a lot of stress and striving that happens in the collective mind on Mondays.  It’s a ‘let’s get it done’ kind of day.

This meditation will help you to calm into allowing and bust the myth of Monday or any time you feel pressured by the outside world.
