PB 20 Mental Illness and Its Affect on Society

How has mental illness affected how society treats people with mental health issues? Is law enforcement too harsh when responding to 'wellness checks' or interacting with people who are having mental episodes?  This show was an in-depth discussion with participants who shared their private life. The show evolved into discussion on race and how it has affected participants and how people generally view race. The show ended needing PART TWO to finish the discussion. (SEE PB 21)
