Africana Woman partnered with Kamanga Wear to present the Sombo Makeover, a celebration of women and a self love campaign. Our goal is to remind every woman that Self Love is your birthright. You must make it a priority and put yourself on your calendar. We gave a special woman, Ruth Amanda Kalebwe, a full makeover. Check out the Kamanga Wear or Africana Woman for her transformation.
Today Chulu talks to Ruth about the Sombo experience. You will learn what Self Love means to Amanda and why she thinks Forgiveness is so important for everyone.
Ruth Amanda Kalebwe is a believer in Jesus Christ as the Savior of her soul. She is a Business Administration student at North Rise University and an Executive Assistant at Rumbi Enterprises. She is a Co-owner of a decor company called Lufuma Events and hopes to be a household brand one day.
Ruth wants to be part of an organization that encourages women to always rely on God. She also wants someone to look at her and say, "she walked closely with God, and because she walked closely with God, I can see that I too, am able to walk closely with God."
Recently got a certificate in Project Management and Customer Service. She thinks the latter is so important, especially because she is a service provider. She recently bought farmland💃 She absolutely loves cheesy pick up lines.
