Episode 41 is Blair's chance to talk all about inventing.  Blair has been an inventor most of his life, but finally got serious about it in 1998. Since that time he has invented over a dozen rehabilitation products, numerous other devices, written 3 patents and consulted with numerous other product developers. He worked with teams from the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLBA, and numerous colleges and high schools. He currently still creates new ideas and does product development for other companies. He has also completed construction of his "Mad Lab", which is his creative playground-otherwise known as a shop. Carden grills Blair on his life as an inventor, and how it all evolved.
