Pressure is insidious and sneaky, forward and blunt. It can come from the public, your insecurities, ,the expectations, the unwanted feedback, the sometimes even in accepting good compliments. I cover a few of the manifestations of it, and what I've found to be able to deal with, or at least temporarily disperse the feelings of pressure for a little while.
We all have it at some point in our lives. The key is to know that it’s not a necessary evil we have to live with.
