Who is Rich McCoy?
Rich is the Design Lead on Flying Blue, the loyalty rewards programme for KLM & Air France. Currently he’s managing to do that role working remotely, from the confines of a cupboard underneath a flight of stairs in New Zealand.Â
Before KLM & Air France, Rich was a Senior Manager of Design at Nationwide Building Society, in the United Kingdom. He also spent a number of years at Trade Me, New Zealand’s version of eBay, where he was a Design Lead responsible for the creative wellbeing of 13 other designers.
Rich also runs a coaching and mentoring practice for other creatives, and is a very talented and established Fine Artist, working through photography, sculpture, paint and digital mediums.Â
