Kerry woke up the other day in a bad mood due to having an emotive dream. She then found she couldn't shift her low mood all day! On this podcast we discuss how we can choose our mood as we wake up and stay in that good mood all day.
Kerry doesn't normally wake up in such a low mood and found she couldn't shift it. Ali has lots of techniques to make sure she starts the day feeling good and that no-one can change it.
We talk about how you can choose how you want to feel in the morning and the techniques you can use.
Finally, we apologise for the odd glitch in this recording, it looks like one of us needs a new headset - haha!
