JumpStart - Phrases to release

Over the last month or so I’ve been watching the words that pop up in my mind as I’m approaching any new task from learning a new software program to playing pickleball.

And these phrases are so automatic that I don’t realize that

They are limiting my performance

1. These words are diminishing my joy
2. They are keeping me caught in a loop of struggle

Phrases like, “I’m scared to death that…”, “I can’t seem to get myself to…”, “This will never work…” doom us to failure before we even attempt.

Getting the commentary in your head right is critical to success and anything so we need to find our “weed” phrases, pull them out, and replace them with new seed thoughts.
