Self Care is about Caring for Your WHOLE Self-Not Just a Few Main Areas or Priorities

Hey Hey! Do you struggle with work/life balance? Do you know you need to take better care of yourself and buy into this idea of good self-care but can't see how it really works in your life? In today's episode, we talk about the areas in our life that we need to focus on and how to look at our whole self with respect to self-care. We can't focus on one or two areas of our life and expect to feel balanced and energized! We are a whole person with many faucets of needs and desires. It's time to give ourselves a break and address (or maybe just acknowledge) that we do have needs that we aren't intentionally pouring into. The purpose of this is not to make you feel guilty or even behind- it's to finally get to the bottom of our feeling of being lost and overwhelmed and what to do about it. So let's dive in!
