He is the producer, writer and instructor of the best-selling series: Authenticity and Awakening for Lovable Idiots, A Beginner's Guide to Happiness, A Beginner's Guide to Mindfulness Meditation, Mindfulness for Depression, Mindfulness for Anxiety, and Yoga for Depression and Anxiety.
