This week’s guest is a mother of three gorgeous human beings, an empath, & a happy wife.

Born and raised in Germany, she has lived & worked in various countries before moving to Sydney in 2012,

Living away from family and friends, in a new country sent her into a deep depression until her body finally collapsed and she had to change her whole way of life physical, mental, and in her soul.

rom depression to purpose: My guest finally had the courage to commit to a writing career which had always been her dream and has written her first children’s book - Master Mouse - now available to order on her website and from all major online booksellers. 

She believes we can heal our world by healing ourselves, one by one, which requires inner work and taking on responsibility for who we truly are...
