The Collective Wisdom Podcast with Cat Preston

Hey there, my wise friends and welcome to episode 45 of The Collective Wisdom Podcast. I'd like to wish anyone who's joining me from the US a very happy Thanksgiving weekend. It's really a great time of year to remind ourselves of all the people we're truly grateful to in our lives. And my guest today, Caroline Harvey has a really touching story about doing just that. We're also coming up to a year since I started this podcast. So it's my chance to say a huge thank you to all the amazing guests I've had on the show so far. So many of them are unsung heroes who are quietly getting on with making a difference to the lives of the people they serve. And I include Caroline amongst them, as in her capacity as a public speaking coach. She's helping people to really find their voice and then tap into creative ways of expressing it and bringing their true present to a stage or presentation. And if you listen very carefully, you may hear the word bark in the background as when we were recording there was a dog who must have been listening in and was putting in some practice finding his own voice. However, we didn't let it deter us from what was for me a fascinating and very informative conversation.
