#35 Sally Haydon - When you stop fixating on the ladder, the opportunities show up
Sally Haydon has managed 11,000 people across 3 countries. She has had a global career in Australia, the UK, India, the Philippines and Dubai, all driven by a passion for customers and leading people.
Sally shares with absolute honesty that for much of her career there was Work Sally and Home Sally. ‘Work Sally’ pretended to like golf and never really felt it was her place to speak up.
Together we discuss how it felt to find her voice, to show up as herself and the deep inner work she continues to do to find the confidence in herself.
I just think this conversation is fabulous. Sally is a wonderful, self-aware leader who is unapologetically ambitious and driven by Learning.
