Episode 023: Prisoners of the Ghostland (2021)

In this episode, we wrap up the year with a post-apocalyptic blast by checking out the latest feature from acclaimed Japanese director Sion Sono: Prisoners of the Ghostland. Dustin opens the floodgate and bleeds his heart out with love and admiration for the works of Sono. Jason finds himself less than enthused and questioning a lot of the decisions that may have been made during production. Michael, unsurprisingly, gets lost in the plot but manages to steer around enough to level some criticism on the action choreography. We also tackle the film's own marketing stunt and ponder what is the wildest movie Nicholas Cage has made. And so much more!
