Christmas is just around the corner and I love ❤️ this time of the year so much, feeling complete and grateful for the year.🙏

So my topic today is my favorite topic, gratitude.

And I want to talk to you about the miraculous power of gratitude because we don't necessarily think a lot about gratitude. We might just take it for granted. We may not understand the power of it, biologically speaking, physically and emotionally speaking. There's a full science studying the power of gratitude from neuroscience and  heart science combined together. And also from positive psychology.

I have so much to say, but I am going to put them all in three ideas.
