All right, you guys welcome back. Welcome back. Welcome back. Okay. So I'm feeling all of the feelings today as at the time of recording this, it is Christmas week. It is December 23rd. My due date is literally Christmas day. So like two days away and a couple things have been happening. So yesterday did not sleep very good. I was I up most of the night with contractions and all the things. And I was like, oh, this is so frustrating that I woke up and ma I was frustrated mainly because they really didn't progress. They were just uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep. And then I woke up the next morning and I was like, I didn't, I didn't sleep good. And , I was just really struggling to get like going for the day. I just kind of felt like I was aimlessly wandering around the house.

And I told my husband, I was like, I'm kind of at the point where it would be better for me to go take a nap and to wake up and feel energized than to just try to fight through the fatigue and the tiredness. And he was like, yep, go take a nap. So I went and took a nap he came into the room like 30, 45 minutes later to get something, you know, he wasn't trying to disturb me. And I was sitting in the bath and he's like, I thought you were taking a nap. I said, I did. I'm now just sitting in the bath and relaxing. And he was like, okay. And you guys, the feeling of that, reflecting back on all of my previous pregnancies deliveries preparation to getting up to having baby all of that, I would take a nap and I would be asleep for two to three hours.

This baby, that's not the case. I laid down 20 minutes. I'm up. I'm ready to go. I took a bath cuz I was like, oh man, 20 minutes is not long enough anyways. So I relaxed in the bath with some absent salt and just took a few more minutes to support my body. Okay. Got up, felt much more energized with a little bit of magnesium in my system and you know, a little nap and some good hydration, drank some water, had some tea and was able to get up. And I cleaned all the floors in my house. did all of the things that I needed to on my list for the day. And I was like, this would not have been the case. If my hormones were still a wreck, there's still things that need to be worked on with my hormones.

However, there was a huge shift that I've noticed in, in this transition. And anyways, this week we are, we just opened up this scholarship program for the, a handsome method. It is now closed. It popped up with a memory from two years ago. It's been a roller coaster figuring out this business thing. So I did a thing in September this year, I decided that running a brick and mortar business was difficult for me being at home. Mom, I hated the hours I was spending away from my kids online allows me the flexibility. I desire while raising my small babies. So I hired a business coach. I spent several tens of thousands of dollars on myself, my business and my future. And my children's future. You may be asking or thinking who cares or why is she telling me this? The reason I'm telling you this is because from January 20, 20, after months of hard work and dedication, I have, I have bought brought my, oh, I understand what I'm saying now. I have brought my online business, my in-person business to online. It's more about the quality of life. And I remember, oh, all the feelings, my dad saying that when he was sick with cancer, he said that he cared more about the quality of his life than how long he was, how long he was gonna be with us. So anyways, okay. Whew. Pregnancy, actually, this is really just normal Shannon emotion. I, so anyways, going back to the post, I see you struggling to do things that you wanna do, have the energy to get up and get going in the morning, get down and play with your kids and your grandkids on the, or, or jump on the trampoline with the kids or grandkids. I want you to experience the energy, to experience energy. Several other clients who have gone through this program have had the program is very special to me. And with things being online, I want to maintain a small intimate program that allows me to work with people, individual, Julie, and I want to work with people who will truly benefit from this program.

So I carefully interview and screen each person that will be joining this program. I think we can all relate to some of that on different levels. And we all had our own experiences with that. But very quickly after that, my business grew substantially to the point where I was like, I need to hire help because I couldn't do it all.

I couldn't be a mom to my kids. I couldn't continue to run and grow my business. I and provide the level of support to all of the women in my business. And anyways, so then come at 2021 this year has been amazing because since the previous year we have experienced 131.2% growth in our annual you guys. This is beyond anything that I could have expected two years in into business. So we have, I have, right. I, me, the business, my family, my team, we have experienced just this high level of growth. And I've been really reflecting on why that is and a couple things come to mind first and foremost, God has blessed me with this opportunity. I knew two years ago, actually, before two years ago, that I was supposed to do something in the health and wellness space. I was supposed to work with women.

I was supposed to work with people because I had gifts and talents and abilities that were unique to me. I had different experiences and opportunities and everything that needed to be brought to the forefront of my life, I guess. And I needed the business to grow. Personally, if you run a business, you know what this is, you know, that one of the best ways to grow personally, professionally is to have a business. So if you ever want to develop yourself, let me tell you start a business because you'll find things out about yourself that you didn't even know where it's there. . And, but for me, it's beautiful, right? It's this amazing opera opportunity. And I feel very blessed to have that. So for first and foremost, God has given me this incredible opportunity to use my gifts and talents. Number two, I have an amazing support system, husband, kids, spouse, extended family, who also support me in this journey of having the handsome method.

So after, through reading through my hair analysis last Friday, I saw that wheat and barley were highlighted. I started to cut back on gluten. Then once I went over the hair analysis with Shannon on Monday, I was told to go gluten free. I jumped Fe feet first in eliminating it, and I'm going, and I'm not going to lie. It is hard. I already started to feel a difference. I haven't experienced any bloating this week. And I have had to say, it's pretty nice. I also talked to my husband about the possibility of hidden and mold in our home.

And we are scheduling to have the home tested next week. Okay. So you guys, we could go through, I'm sure. Now, one of the things that we are testing out for 2022, oh my goodness. , that feels really weird to say, and for this year, at the time of recording, this is we are offering a guarantee. So in the past we have not had money back guarantees or anything because when it comes to health, how do you guarantee, I mean, how do you say this is going to happen?

Even with weight loss, right? You're gonna lose 30 pounds in 10 days. right. Like that is incredibly I feel like misleading and deceiving, especially if you're setting your hopes to that and your body doesn't respond and such a way. So what we have been doing is we've been tracking our client success for the last two years. And based off client rating, right? They, they have a symptom assessment. They go through, they rate their skills on a scale from one to five, one or zero, I guess, technically zero to five, zero, meaning I don't have it at all. Five, meaning it's really, really bad . And so they rate their symptoms, they rate their success and we do this every 30 days. And so couple things have changed. Our program was four months. We decided to move it now to six months, one to help prevent some of the overwhelm and two by offering an extra two months inside the program, we are finding that, like I said, it takes off the stress, but two it allows you guys a little bit of extra time for maintenance towards the end around four months, still we're coming in, we're checking with you.

We're saying, Hey, where are you at with your goals? Oh my goodness. This was part of your goal. We need to make these adjustments so that we can get you to X point, right? So those extra two months are basically like the last sprint or the last adjustment to really helping you get over some humps and hurdles inside the program. So with these symptom assessments and your assessment of yourself, we are seeing an average improvement of about 30% within 30 days. And then by the end of the four months, we're noticing 50, 60 and reduction in all of the symptoms across the board. Some of our clients in four months have actually gotten up into the eighties and the nineties in terms of their, their symptoms being able to, to resolve. Now, I wanna be very, very clear the women that are having that level of sick, removing 80 to 90% of their symptoms, they are all in.

Let me tell you they are all in beyond probably what I would be capable of doing, but they're showing up to all of the coaching calls. They're taking their supplements, they're following their protocols. They are doing it to such an exact and a preciseness that they are blowing everything out of the water. Now there's people who are probably a little more aligned with where I'm at, where I'm doing all the things, right? Like I'm eating the food, I'm cast oil packing, I'm taking the supplements, you know? But I may enjoy a meal. That's not on my protocol, or I may forget to take my supplements for a couple days. And I'm okay with that. , that's so embarrassing you guys. But I, I find when I am not so hypervigilant and all of this, it reduces my stress. And that is one of the big things for me.

And my hormones is reducing the stress. So with all of that being said, we are offering a guarantee to you guys that states if in the six months, if you do not notice a 60% reduction in your thyroid symptoms, based on off, when you started, then we will continue working with you for a year at no charge. I want to be very clear though, in order to qualify for this guarantee, you have to come to coaching calls. You have to like group coaching calls, one-on-one coaching calls. You know, you have to show up for yourself, you have to fill out the journal. So we know what's going on. I don't expect perfection. I don't expect a hundred percent or 110% all of the time, but I want to see and know, and my coaches want to see and know that you are also putting forth the time, the energy, the effort in making these changes.

If , I'm gonna give you kind of an, the extreme example. We have a client who goes out to eat twice a day. We have put her on an anti-inflammatory type protocol because one of her big issues is inflammation. And she's going out to eat twice a day. She's filling out her journals. She's taking her supplements, but she's still going out to eat. She's still like staying up super late at night, watching TV and movies. And you know, all these things, she would not qualify for this. Not because she's not putting forth the, the effort into coming to the coaching calls and taking the supplements. But because she hasn't changed her lifestyle in a way that matches up with an anti-inflammatory protocol, right? If she went from eating out two times a day to one time, a day to eating out two to three times a week, I would call that progress and would say, you know what?

Based off other factors we would look at, you know, continuing that process with her, continuing to work with her. If other things were changes, she was making changes and she was remaining open and coachable and all of the things, okay, this is not an exact science. But it's more based off the progress that you are making in order to qualify for this. So, okay. I kinda went off on a little tangent and ramble there. Let's bring it back to the handsome method. So the handsome method is a six month long program for women with thyroid imbalances, whether that be hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, hosh, Shemos graves, a partial or a full thyroidectomy. Okay? All of those women qualify to work with us. We want you to have some kind of diagnosis. We will work with people who don't have a diagnosis, but we really prefer that you do just so that we have a better understanding of what's going on with the body root causes, all of those different things.

Okay? And inside this program, we work with you in our four step process. Our four step process includes number one, our clean energy blueprint, this clean energy blueprint I find is one of the most beneficial things. And this is where we start all of our clients off on things like drinking water. You may already be drinking water. Maybe you're not drinking enough. Maybe you're drinking the wrong kind. there could be so many factors and we're teaching you what to drink, how to drink, when to drink all of that, to maximize your results, to help give you energy, because we don't want you relying on caffeine to chocolate and things to help you make it through the day. Now I'm gonna give you guys a little tidbit. This is a really good tip. most of us, because our energy is so low. We roll outta bed.

We head over to the coffee pot. I don't drink coffee, but we'll head over. We'll crack open a Dr. Pepper or coffee or whatever. And that's what we start our day with. One of the small, simple adjustments that we make with our clients is we tell them, Hey, eat food and then have your coffee. And you will have more sustainable energy all day long without the crash. I'm not telling you, you can't have coffee. I'm just telling you let's flip this, right? Let's make this adjustment so that you can support your body a little bit better. So those are things that we build into our clean energy blueprint. That is what you are working on for the first 30 days of working with us. And our coaches is getting established, setting good habits and patterns and things like that. Number two is we're teaching you how to map your thyroid symptoms.

Now, this is really, really cool because this brings in an, an element of ancient Chinese medicine and things like that. So mapping your symptoms helps you understand more specifically why you're experiencing certain physiological things. So right. Shoulder plane, right shoulder plane is gonna be associated with the liver. Knee pain is going to be associated with gallbladder. So you're, you're starting to understand, oh, why my knee is hurting. Why my shoulder is always tight. Why am always having lower back pain? Why am I always clenching my jaw? Why are these things happening? Because we've been trained in modern medicine to think of the body as isolated. We see an endocrinologist for our hormones. We see a gastroenterologist for our gut health. We see a neurologist for our head instead of view, viewing the body as an ecosystem, everything is connected. You guys literally, everything is connected.

It's like a web. It's an ecosystem. If one thing is down, then the other things are down. So that's why in the handsome method. Yes, we focus on Throid. Yes. We focus on hormones, but we're really looking at your mental, emotional, physical state. And how can we be bring these things together? So there's that element of like ancient Chinese medicine that, that gets brought into this number three. We need to remove those thyroid blockers. You may be eating food. You may be cleaning your home in certain products. You may be putting certain endocrine disruptors on your face, on your skin. That is literally blocking thyroid from working. Our number one down podcast episode is prescription medication that blocks thyroid hormones. You may be taking a medication that is literally blocking thyroid hormones from working. And you started taking this medication because of this problem.

And that as a result is now affecting your thyroid. And you're still taking that medication. And you're trying to figure out, well, now I'm taking thyroid medication, but things are not working, but I'm still frustrated with this. And this is not happening. That is, oh my gosh, you, you guys, that is so frustrating. So we're teaching you things like that in the Hanen method, we're teaching you how to remove these blockers so that you can feel good, that you can understand why your body isn't working, the way that you know it should be. Ooh, this is controversial, but I love it. Okay. thyroid is a secondary condition. It is not a primary condition. Our one of our clients, she had a full thyroidectomy. And when we started doing some functional testing on her, you guys, I found over four different things that were literally locking, clogging, gumming up her body from working. And I said, oh my gosh, no wonder we're running into so many block walls, no wonder we're struggling to get you to lose weight. No wonder, you know, yes, we see these results, but this is not happening. This should be happening at this point. And she said, I know, and I don't wanna cause any problems, but you know, it is a little discouraging. And I said, I get it. I totally get it. So here's what we're gonna do. Now we know, and we understand that this, this, and this is happening.

This is the path that we need to take. We have to remove these four things in order to X, Y, Z, right? And she was like, I get it. And I told her, I said, listen, this isn't gonna happen in a week or a month or two months. This is gonna be a little bit longer of a journey for you, but I know that we can do it. And she said, I'm in, I'm all in. So if you guys are ready to commit, you're self for six months. If you are ready to jump in and work with our coaches and work with our, our team in helping you restore thyroid function, to overcome the challenges of the fatigue, the weight gain the hair, loss, the inflammation, the pain, the struggle, the all of, of these negative things, the digestive issues, the skin issues, the, the feeling of not being yourself and not living up to your full potential.

There may be other foods. Yes. We give you an anti-inflammatory protocol. We say this, this and this. But we're gonna also tell you, Hey, focus on vitamin K foods, focus on vitamin a foods, vitamin E foods. , you know, whatever it is because of the functional testing that we're doing, we can see what your body needs more of. So that's what I'm talking about. When I say it customization, right? Customization in terms of what your body needs, nutritionally, supplementation, lifestyle, all of that. You may have other things on your protocols that other people don't I have one client and some of you are gonna be like, Nope, this is not for me.

And other people, listening are gonna be like, I've done that. one of our, our clients came to us after working with a naturalpathic doctor, her natural pathic doctor was like, you need to do coffee every day. You need to do this, this, you know, buy an infrared sauna. You need to do this. And she's like, listen, I work a full time job. I run a second business with my husband. I have kids and a toddler. , there's no way it that I can spend an hour in an infrared sauna and time in the morning doing coffee and time doing this and that. And she was like, there's no way I physically cannot do it. And I was like, I get it. Right. So, but I have other clients who are like, tell me about the coffee. Tell me how to use them. Tell me what to do.

Tell me the benefits of it. And I will do the work, right? I don't care if it's uncomfortable for me, if it's gonna help me do X, Y, Z, then I'm gonna do it. Cause let me tell you, there is no one way to do something. There are multiple different ways to do something. You can say yes. or you can say no, every once in a while, every once in a while, you know something like drinking water, we're gonna say, listen, that's not unnegotiable no, you cannot have diet Coke or Dr. Pepper instead of water. Why?
