From Law Enforcement to School Advocate - Leonard C. Webb

Leonard Chello Webb is a former law enforcement officer who now advocates for changes in law enforcement and schools. Who do we call when schools are out of control? Usually the police, but many times officers are not equipped to deal with the emotional and traumatic experiences that children are dealing with.
