Hospital Bag Essentials:

1. Cozy Socks / Slippers

2. 2-3 PJs nursing appropriate/loose

3. Small Zipper bag with my favorite things (chapstick, hair tie, jade roller, face lotion, glasses)

4. 3-4 Baby outfits

5. Baby blanket

6. Nipple shield

7. Colace! *take 6 Hours after birth*Keep taking every 12 hours until you have your first BM.

Postpartum Essentials:

1. Disposable Adult Diapers (décret boutique)

2. Tucks Cooling Pads

3. Colace

4. Peri Bottles

5. Ice Pack / Pads (Frida baby)

6. Black wash cloths to pat dry

7. Lots of towels

8. Loose nursing bras (not to tight)

9. Nipple shields

10. Haakaa *to catch milk as you let down*

11. Baby Frieda nail clippers

 

Sleep/Sanity Essentials:

1. Great class to help you with your feeding / sleeping rhythm: Taking Cara Babies!

2. By your bed keep water, chapstick, lots of cloths, robe,  blankets, Haakaa, any medication.

3. App to track diapers/feeds : BabyFeed Timer
