Are you setting yourself up for failure with your ”resolutions”?
In this episode I discuss the importance of making sure that you are setting realistic goals for the New Year rather than lofty and unrealistic ones. Also if you are trying to fix something that you failed at in the past, remember to work on the why's that you have and try to fix those first before trying to accomplish the goal. Working on one's self is more important than the outcome of any goal.
