There are so many of us caught up in the lie of perfectionism and our current culture often adds fuel to the fire! As a recovering perfectionist myself, today I share 3 ways I have learned to shift my focus to help me release this impossible standard of perfectionism. When we allow perfectionism to have a voice it slows our progress, adds shame, and steals so much joy. I hope today helps you take a step out of perfection and towards the freedom of grace!
