No More Compartmentalization: Living A Life of Integrity

The people I work with all say the same thing. Somewhere in the middle of life they begin to wake up to the reality that they are living fragmented, compartmentalized lives. They are one way at work, another at home. They live their values in this situation but not that. They are different with friends than with colleagues than in the confines of their home. They are sick of it. They want to live one way, in every way and at all times - that way is truth, authenticity and integrity.
