A couple months ago I created some pretty big goals for myself. This podcast was one of them. When I started to work on projects, I found myself scatterbrained and unfocused. I knew if I was going to reach these new goals I had to start doing some new things. I needed to create some new mindset and productivity habits. So I started morning journalling.
In this episode, I'm giving you a step-by-step tutorial for how I do a simple and streamlined morning journalling ritual. If you have some big hairy audacious goals and you're lacking the ability to focus, try this for at least two weeks and see if it helps you move the needle a little closer to your goal.
