Maybe you started out strong last month really getting after your health and fitness goals. Maybe you were exercising 3-4 times per day, drinking 80+ ounces of water a day, not eating refined sugars, you know the ice cream, donuts, candy, white bread, etc., or even wine, meal prepping, and doing all the things. And now you feel less motivated and you're slipping back into some old habits you want to shift. The thoughts of: “Can I really do this?” “This is too hard!” “How do other people do it?” “Maybe I should just accept things the way they are” “I’m such a failure”.
