Hey sistaaa girl, a question for you: what do you crave when you're feeling anxious?
Do you crave attention when you feel anxious? Or is it food, hugs, or cuddles that you crave?
Do you crave alcohol or drugs, or both when you are anxious? Or is it an emotional or physical connection with someone else?
Today's episode is a bit heavy, but one you need to hear, so you can identify your habits and tendencies in response to anxiety.
