Abby spent 20 years mastering the art of becoming ‘Neutral’
after being bullied for being the tallest person in her class
and not speaking any English.
Her personal journey into deconstructing human nature led

her to a unique blend of psychotherapy and mindfulness-
based therapies.

Today Abby runs workshops all over the world that have
helped thousands of people create long-lasting behavioral
changes leading to a deeper, more meaningful life.
She’s the author of 3 groundbreaking books, ‘Acceptance
and Commitment Therapy for Interpersonal Problems’, ‘The
Interpersonal Problems Workbook, and ‘ACT for Couples’
Abby was invited on Dr. Drew to demonstrate her method

Her mission is to provide people with the tools to choose
