I dag loser Henrik deg gjenno m en supportklasse (underklasse) til til det øvre siktet hva gjelder "Single Seater" motorsport, ja det er selvfølgelig en underklasse til FIA Formula 1. Han går gjennom grunnleggende regler, dekk, det fysiske på en F3-bil etc. I tillegg til dette gir han deg lyd fra det første løpet fra 2021 som ble kjørt i Barcelona, Spania.
