When I was a gym-goer and fitness instructor, January was always so full with new faces at the gym, but I knew it wouldn't last. I could hardly find a parking spot, my favorite equipment was usually occupied, and classes were beaming at the seams. In February I began to be able to breath again at the gym, and by March it was back down to the regulars.
