Dude, What Happen to You?

As I talk with men and men's leaders, I often hear about the number of men struggling with issues. Rarely do men talk about these issues with each other. But we need to. We need to be there to lift each other up. To encourage. To pray with. And just support each other. In this episode, we will talk with Dennis Gillan, Executive Director of Half A Sorrow Foundation on the topic of Suicide Prevention and Mental Health. Dennis has been deeply touched by suicide after the losses of two of his brothers to suicide 11 years apart. Dennis has gotten involved with several non-profits that take on mental health issues allowing him to lobby lawmakers and raise awareness by sharing his story.  The episode will help you better understand the issue that is plaguing many men in our churches today.
