Ken Newbill was an average American man, living on a common North American diet. He explains how he was clinically obese and never cared much about his health. Then, in his late thirties, he started having health problems. What started as kidney stones eventually turned into a heart attack. As Ken explains, most people are unaware of the fact that the two are related. That life-altering experience placed him in a position to either give up or fight for a new way of life.
